Flea (of Red Hot Chili Peppers fame) will be designing and launching a line of affordable bass guitars. NME reports that Flea settled on this new venture after he discovered that his music students were playing poor quality instruments.

Last night, Tuesday, October 17th, at the Red Hot Chili Peppers concert at the Continental Arena in NJ, they announced that they were filming their live performance of the song "Snow (Hey Oh)" that night do be used in the making of their new video for the single. They are playing again at the same arena tonight, so it is more than likely that they will record the performance again.
